Notebook dialog
A FONTEDIT "Notebook" is displayed when an RFF or RIF file is opened. The file information is separated into 'pages' so that it is presented in the form best suited to specific tasks. Each Notebook has five tabbed pages (though some may be blank – RIF files do not have Character codes, for example).
