FONTEDIT is a powerful tool used to read industry-standard OpenType 'outline-spline' fonts (including CFF, TTF, WOFF and XPS files) but also for the manipulation of RedTitan proprietary font format RFF and the RedTitan image format RIF files. Not only can it be used for showing and tabulating font information, but crucially, for recoding fonts too.
See Recode font
It puts you in control of the characters in your fonts. You may add character codes, delete character codes and assign glyphs to character codes.
