TOP="distance"

Sets up a vertical offset relative to the start of the container element, e.g.

TOP="600"

sets position to 1" down from the top of the container when using the default units (1"/600).

TEXT note

For TEXT elements, TOP offsets the position of the baseline of the characters. This may be overridden using the ALIGN attribute: e.g.

ALIGN="TOP"

specifies a vertical offset from the top of the character cell.
